This was a tidy, full-garden refresh that turned a worn, patchy lawn into a usable family space. The team laid a smart raised deck across one end to create a seating area, set behind a slatted timber privacy screen, and built oak sleeper raised beds along the boundary, which were planted up with neat box topiary and ornamental grasses. The old, tired grass was lifted and replaced with fresh turf, and a gravelled strip was kept beside the existing shed. As noted by the client, low-voltage lighting and two double outdoor sockets were also installed to make the space practical after dark.
The completed garden is clean, low-maintenance and ready to enjoy, with a crisp stripe of healthy lawn sweeping up to the deck. The warm tones of the timber sleeper beds and their structured planting frame the lawn nicely, while the screened seating area gives a private spot to relax.
