Steps & Path | Taverham, Norfolk

What was done

We completed the front steps and pathway at a property in Taverham using Marmo anthracite porcelain paving. The path sweeps from the driveway to the front door in a gentle curve, edged with a charcoal block border that defines its shape against the surrounding decorative gravel. A set of low steps up to the front door was constructed using KL kerbs to form the risers, with the dark porcelain laid across the treads. Before shots show the original block paving and steps that were lifted and replaced.

The finished look

The dark anthracite porcelain gives the front of the property a crisp, contemporary entrance that works beautifully against the navy cladding and pale render. The flowing curved path and tidy block edging create a welcoming approach for visitors, while the gravel surround keeps the scheme low-maintenance. Wet or dry, the deep grey tone stays smart and uniform, lifting the whole frontage.
